Partner Bazaar

India’s software partner marketplace

Every software partnership. One marketplace.

Software companies run partner programs here; consultants, agencies and creators sell their products — with published commission rules, sales confirmed by the vendor’s backend and payouts in rupees.

No fees for partners — commission only on sales the vendor confirms.

The partner portal

Everything in one partner account

Apply to any number of programs from one free account. These are the tools you get from day one.

  • Links & coupons

    A tracking link per program that hands the vendor a click id, plus partner-specific coupon codes the vendor issues you. Both count as attribution evidence.
  • Deal registration

    Register a prospect before the sale. Once the vendor approves it, the deal outranks later clicks and coupons for the program’s protection period.
  • Clients

    Keep a client book, tag leads and deals to a client, assign clients to team members and see each client’s software and your earnings from it.
  • Recruits (two-tier)

    Invite other partners with your recruitment link. Where a program enables it, earn a small single-level override on their commissions for a limited time.
  • Analytics

    Clicks, leads, deals, sales, conversion rate, earnings and earnings per click — per program and period — so you know which programs pay.
  • Disputes

    Challenge an attribution, commission, payout, deal or lead with evidence. Disputed money is held and outcomes are posted as new entries.
  • Wallet

    See every rupee as pending, approved, available or paid, and withdraw available earnings to a verified bank account or UPI ID once KYC is done.
  • Help centre & support

    Step-by-step guides inside the portal, vendors’ sales material and training, and support tickets linked to your account.

See it before you sign up

Every commission comes with a receipt

Open any commission in the partner portal and you see how it was calculated, why you were credited and every entry that touched it.

  1. 1

    The payment, confirmed

    Every commission starts from a payment the vendor’s backend reported through the signed API — never from a browser pixel.
  2. 2

    The rule and its version

    The base, the rate and the exact rule version are on the receipt, so the amount can always be recomputed.
  3. 3

    Why you won the sale

    Each attribution candidate — deal, coupon, referral code, link — is stored with the reason it won or lost.
  4. 4

    History that is never rewritten

    Refunds and chargebacks post reversals as new entries. The original accrual stays, so balances always reconcile.

Why it can be trusted

Built like accounting software, not an affiliate dashboard

  • Verified vendors

    Every vendor passes a manual business review — profile and documents — before a product or program goes live. A “Verified domain” badge is shown only when the vendor has also proved its domain by DNS.

  • Commission rules in writing

    Rates, recurring duration, caps, cookie window and hold period are published on each program and versioned. Every commission records the rule version it used.

  • Attribution you can inspect

    Sales are confirmed by the vendor’s backend, not a browser pixel. Each decision stores every candidate — deal, coupon, referral, link — and why it won or lost.

  • A real disputes process

    Either side can dispute an attribution, commission, payout, deal or lead. Disputed money is held; outcomes are posted as reversals or re-attributions, never edits.

  • Payouts behind KYC

    Withdrawals need completed KYC and a verified bank account or UPI ID. Account changes require re-authentication and a cooling period; every payout is reviewed.

Trust & security, built into the product

Money and personal data are handled with the controls you would expect from a finance system — not bolted on later.

  • Append-only ledger

    Commissions, reversals and payouts are ledger entries that cannot be edited or deleted — enforced by the database role the app runs as. Corrections are new entries with a reason.

  • Fraud checks

    Explainable risk scores from suspicious clicks, refund and chargeback rates, self-referrals, shared payout accounts, conversion spikes and coupon leakage. Risky activity goes to review.

  • Audit trail

    Approvals, rule versions, payouts and settings changes are written to an audit log in the same transaction as the change itself.

  • DPDP privacy requests

    Export your data, ask for a correction or erasure, withdraw consent or raise a grievance from your account. Requests are tracked against a deadline.

  • Account security

    Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and a fresh sign-in before creating API keys or changing a payout account.

  • Two people for big money moves

    Manual commission adjustments and larger withdrawals need a second administrator to approve them (maker-checker).

For vendors, in depth

Run the whole program here — from rules to reconciliation

Everything a software company needs to recruit partners, pay them correctly and prove every rupee of it.

Commission rules for every sales model

Combine these building blocks per program. Every change is a new version, and every commission records the version it used.

  • Percentage

    e.g. 20% of the payment

    A rate on the commission base. By default the base excludes GST and discounts; a rule can use gross, net of discount, tax-exclusive or net revenue instead.

  • Fixed amount

    e.g. a flat amount per sale

    The same amount for every qualifying sale, whatever the invoice value — useful for one-time purchases or a first subscription payment.

  • Recurring

    first payment · N months · lifetime

    Pay on the first payment only, on renewals for a set number of months, or for the life of the subscription. Renewals follow the customer’s locked attribution.

  • Tiers

    e.g. a higher rate after N sales

    Define tiers by qualifying sales. Partners are promoted automatically (never demoted automatically), and a tier’s rule takes priority over the program default.

  • Caps

    per commission · per month · per customer

    Cap a single commission, a partner’s total per calendar month in the program, or what one customer can ever earn a partner. The receipt shows when a cap applied.

  • Expansion

    none · as renewals · custom

    Decide what upgrades earn: nothing (the default), the same as renewals, or a custom rate and duration. Upgrades never change who the customer is attributed to.

  • Two-tier override

    single level, time-limited

    Optionally pay a recruiter a vendor-funded override on the commissions of partners they brought in, for a limited window. One level only — never multi-level.

  • Scopes & priority

    partner → tier → type → plan → product → program

    Rules can target one partner, a campaign, a tier, a partner type, a plan or a product. The most specific active rule wins, and every version is kept.

Integration API

Your backend reports the sale — signed, idempotent, reconciled

Payments, renewals, upgrades, refunds, chargebacks and subscription changes are sent server-to-server with an API key and a signature. Commissions are created only from these events.

  • Requests signed more than five minutes before or after arrival are rejected (replay protection).
  • Every event carries an id — a resend returns the original result instead of counting the payment twice.
  • Events that arrive out of order are retried with back-off, then dead-lettered for you to re-drive.
  • All amounts are integer paise; refunds reverse commission in proportion to the amount refunded.
POST /integrations/v1/conversionsCode sample
// Report a verified payment (Node.js)
const raw = JSON.stringify(event); // amounts in paise
const t = Math.floor(Date.now() / 1000);
const v1 = crypto
  .createHmac('sha256', signingSecret)
  .update(`${t}.${raw}`)
  .digest('hex');

await fetch(`${API}/integrations/v1/conversions`, {
  method: 'POST',
  headers: {
    Authorization: `Bearer ${apiKey}`,
    'X-SPM-Signature': `t=${t},v1=${v1}`,
    'Content-Type': 'application/json',
  },
  body: raw,
});
The signing scheme from the integration docs: an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and the raw body. The same scheme signs the webhooks we send to your CRM endpoint.
  • CRM sync

    Send partner leads and deals to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce or any HTTPS endpoint (signed webhooks, retried with back-off), and let CRM stage changes update lead status.
  • White-label partner page

    Publish a branded page with your logo, colour and programs. Partners who join through it land straight on your programs.
  • Program analytics

    Funnel per program from clicks to leads, approved deals and sales; revenue, commission and refund rate; top partners by revenue.
  • Partner enablement

    Share your ideal customer profile, demo scripts, comparison sheets and training — and see which partners completed the required material.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

What does it cost to join as a partner?

Nothing. Creating a partner account is free, and partners are never charged by the marketplace. Vendors set the commission rules for their own programs, and each program shows its rules, cookie window and approval process before you apply.

Which kinds of partners can join?

Four partner types: affiliates (content, communities, newsletters), referral partners (introductions from people who advise businesses), sales partners (who work an opportunity through to the sale) and agencies (who implement or manage software for clients). You pick a type when you sign up; a program lists the types it accepts and can pay each type a different rule.

How is a sale attributed to a partner?

The vendor’s system confirms the payment and passes back the evidence it has: the click id from your tracking link, a coupon code, or a match with a registered deal. A fixed order decides between them — an approved deal first, then coupon, referral and link — and every candidate is stored with the reason it won or lost.

How is a commission calculated?

By the program’s rule: a percentage or a fixed amount, on the first payment only, for a set number of months or for the life of the subscription. By default the base excludes GST. Caps can apply per commission, per month and per customer. Every commission records the rule version it used, so its receipt can always be explained.

What do pending, approved, available and paid mean?

Pending: the sale was verified and the commission calculated; it waits for the vendor’s approval and the program’s hold period. Approved: the vendor approved it, the hold period may still be running. Available: nothing is holding it and it can be withdrawn. Paid: it was included in a completed payout.

What happens if the customer gets a refund?

The commission is reversed in proportion to the amount refunded. An open chargeback puts the commission on hold; a lost chargeback reverses it and a won one releases it. Reversals are new ledger entries — history is never edited or deleted.

Do I earn on renewals?

If the program’s rule is recurring. The first attribution for a customer and product is locked, and renewals follow it for the duration the rule allows — for a number of months or the life of the subscription.

When and how do partners get paid?

When a commission becomes available you can request a withdrawal to your verified bank account or UPI ID. Withdrawals need completed KYC, a verified payout account that is past its cooling period, and an amount at or above the minimum withdrawal shown in your wallet. The marketplace reviews each withdrawal before it is sent.

Does the marketplace handle customer payments?

No. Customers buy from the vendor and pay the vendor directly, on the vendor’s own invoice. The marketplace only receives the vendor’s confirmation of the payment to calculate commissions.

What does “verified vendor” mean here?

Every vendor on the public marketplace has passed a manual business review (business profile and documents) by the marketplace team before its products and programs could go live. A separate “Verified domain” badge appears only when the vendor has also proved control of its web domain with a DNS TXT record.

How do vendors report sales?

From their own backend, through a signed integration API: payments, renewals, refunds and chargebacks are sent server-to-server with an API key and an HMAC signature, and every event is idempotent. Commissions are created only from payments reported this way.

How do I get a copy of my data or delete it?

From Account → Privacy you can export your data, ask for a correction, request erasure or raise a grievance. Erasure anonymises your personal data; financial and audit records are kept because the law requires them.
